Can you confirm what e-mail address you tried to contact us at? If there is a problem on our end, we'd like to get it fixed. We are working on doing a set of install videos for all of our products. They are available on our YouTube channel. The installation on these pinch weld covers can vary depending on application, so we are not able to provide hardware for every installation situation.
