Mandrel tube bending
A tube bending technique that results in less deformation around the bends. We are able to bend both HREW and DOM tubing in various sizes at angles up to 180 Degrees.
Press brake (Coming Fall 2019)
143 ton Press Brake capable of completing bends in sheet metal up to 10' long depending on the material thickness and type. We will be focused on air bending techniques that put less internal stress into the materials due to usually larger bend radii. Maximum thickness will be approximately 1”. The minimum thickness will be as thin as 0.01". The tooling is ideal for forming sheet metal as thin as 16 guage, and as thic as 1/2 an inch.
